When selling our home, the material he prepared and the promoting brought so many potential buyers that we sold in less then 30 days. Much less time then the average home in our area. He also followed up on leads and kept us updated on feed back from potential buyers. When buying our new home, he took the time to understand our wants and needs, suggesting only properties that would match these. The home we bought was actually one we had over looked but that he suggested we see as he thought it would be perfect for us. He was right!
