For the first time I took the initiative to not just take a friend’s recommendation for a reputable realtor, I took the initiative to interview 3 realtors to decide. During this process I compiled a list of important and relevant questions that pertained to my goals and objectives given my situation. Selling your home can be quite the challenge! It can be especially nerve-wracking when you add kids to the mix! This was our situation in 2016.
